"Yesterday’s Treasury Operations & Technology session was very practical and directly relevant to my day-to-day work. It really changed how I see something as basic as bank account structure. In my current role, we manage about 39 bank accounts across 13 banks, so the discussion on how account structure impacts cash visibility, payments, and control really resonated with me. What stood out is that treasury efficiency doesn’t start with technology—it starts with getting the foundation right. Even though we use SAP, we still rely heavily on Excel and manual processes, which shows that without the right structure, systems alone won’t solve the problem. The session on automation and AI was also insightful. Leveraging these tools can significantly reduce manual effort and improve decision-making, especially with real-time visibility."
